The overall mission of the Pharma Development Holding (PDH) is to expedite the development of new and better medicines through interdisciplinary collaboration of professionals from Discovery Science, Clinical Medicine, and Healthcare Management.

Among those partners, the MCS sister company FOCUS Clinical Drug Development GmbH accounts with its affiliate companies for a major in-house collaborator. FOCUS is a full-service CRO capable of undertaking complete Phase I-II packages. Its facility in Neuss, Germany, comprises a 68-bed state-of-the-art clinical pharmacology unit (with 28 intensive care beds), data management, pharmacokinetic & biostatistic groups, a QA department and an on-site archive.
